Wendy Mulligan – Owner & Director of MCDA
With a passion for education and the performing arts, Wendy brings unmatched experience and heart to everything she does.
👩🏫 27 years as a public educator
🎓 Master’s Degree in Education
💃 18 years of dance training in ballet, pointe, tap, and jazz
Wendy is committed to creating a space where dancers of all backgrounds can thrive, grow, and shine—both on and off the stage. Her leadership is the foundation of MCDA’s mission: to foster an inclusive, empowering environment for every dancer.
